This is me trying to sing a note with as little background noise as possible without any editing software. This is my first time attempting this for a class; i sat under my desk with my phone with pillows on all sides and a blanket to try to absorb even more background noise. Ran the video through mediaconvert to make it a. Flac.

This is a harshly manipulated file of rumbling that has been tweaked to the max by plug-ins and various noise making enhancers meant to simulate the sound of impacting. This, combined with the gentle rumble to accentuate.

Recording of noise produced by unplugged microphone jack on my computer. Weird whistle sound moving from 6. 5 khz to 15 khz randomly with pink noise on background. Removed dc part of the sound and normalised with audacity. Sound was cut to make it loopable. The clip was created using a synsonics "terminator" guitar with a built-in amp by running the output to my sound card and sound card's output going into to a secondary jack intended for headphones on the guitar. It created an interesting metallic noise, almost like a ring mod. . . There is a segment where i was poking the guitar's amp circuit board with my fingers which creates lots of grumbling/squelchy noises. . . The guitar is kind of crappy, but it makes a pretty neat noise synth! :b.

This is a first in a series of noises from machines. I work at a company that prints and packages things like decals and parts on cars. This is the noise of the printer making some sort of thumping noise, as it was broken at the time and hadn’t gotten to be fixed. If you’re wondering what hat terrible whirring is in the background, that is the combined noise of about a dozen large machines operating as well as the ac and it’s pretty commonplace there. Raw sampled xlive. Exe on a hungarian windows 7 64-bit computer using audacity. The reason why it's only 11khz in frequency range is becaue 44 100 hz makes the sample too high pitched. Also had to make it mono because most of the sound was pushed to the right.
